We’re finally back to being here live and in person. After more than four semesters of a “long-distance relationship” in the form of online or hybrid classes, Mainz University of Applied Sciences once again welcomed more than 80 eager students from all around the world. In the 2022/2023 winter semester, bachelor’s and master’s students from Albania, Ethiopia, Japan, South Korea, England, France, Spain, Uganda, Argentina, Jordan, Lebanon, Ukraine, Mexico, Portugal, China, Syria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Turkey, Italy, and Kazakhstan are commencing their studies at the School of Business.
A wide variety of cultures, languages, and experiences came together at the welcome event in the auditorium. We also celebrated a premiere: For the first time in the history of the School of Business, we welcomed incoming students from Lebanon, Jordan, and Uganda, bringing the world even closer together for all of us. Our new students will be studying for a master’s degree or spending an exchange semester at the School of Business. We wish them all a good start to their studies and a lot of fun in Mainz!
