Cooperation between Mainz University of Applied Sciences and the law journal “Soziales Recht” (Social Law)

Late last year, Prof. Dr. Manfred Walser from the School of Business at Mainz University of Applied Sciences was appointed to the publishing team of the law journal Soziales Recht. The cooperation between Mainz University of Applied Sciences and the journal, which has been in place since spring 2022, will now also be enhanced visually with the June issue of the journal: As part of the graphic redesign of the journal, the university's logo will appear on the cover of the journal in the future. This underlines the importance of our university as a research institution.

Soziales Recht was launched in 2011 by Prof. Dr. Olaf Deinert and Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Krause from the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. It is a renowned academic journal that provides a forum for basic legal research in the field of employment law and company-related social law and is widely cited by the highest courts and in literature. Prof. Walser has been a member of the editorial team since 2016. At Mainz University of Applied Sciences, he has been supported by Anneliese Kärcher since 2022 and Tim Klamberg since the beginning of 2024, through a cooperation with the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute for Labor and Social Law in Frankfurt.
