Students in the Master’s degree programs Management M.Sc. and Management on-the-job M.Sc. worked on eight project topics for AMC Germany in the “Strategic Human Resource Management” option taught by Prof. Dr. Norbert Rohleder and Prof. Susanne Rank.
The impressive results were presented and discussed on the premises of the company, which specializes in high-quality stainless steel cookware, in Bingen before an audience of company representatives and Viola Köster, the AMC HR manager responsible for the project.
Given the numerous application-related implications, follow-up meetings with individual student groups have already been discussed.
