On June 7, 2023, the first Research and Transfer Day took place at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, focusing on a dialog with internal and external guests and an interdisciplinary sharing of knowledge.
The six diverse keynote speeches were in line with this year's theme year of the Mainz Science Alliance with the slogan People and Community.
Afterwards, there was an opportunity to discuss current or planned research and transfer projects with representatives from the university, researchers and external guests at five theme tables.
In the subsequent poster session for doctoral students, a live vote was held to select the poster that impressed those in attendance the most.
We would like to congratulate Alexander Rolwes (research assistant at i3mainz) on winning first place in the poster competition.
