Moritz Lunin
Sales Analyst, Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH – Smart Technology For Smarter Mobility
After completing his vocational training as an industrial management assistant, Moritz Lunin decided to pursue a degree in business administration and corporate management at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. This decision was based on the desire to intensify the business knowledge he had acquired during his vocational training. To further deepen his knowledge, he added a Master's degree in Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. He chose Mainz University of Applied Sciences because of its reputation, its broad range of subjects and the opportunity to expand his knowledge of business management. As part of his master's degree, he also spent a semester abroad at UNITEN (Universiti Tenaga Nasional) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At UNITEN, he focused on business management in Southeast Asia, improving his social skills and expanding his English vocabulary.
Mr. Lunin wrote his master's thesis in English, the official language of the company he currently works for, at Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH in Stuttgart, a subsidiary of the French automotive supplier Valeo S.A., which has its headquarters in Paris. Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH develops and sells sensor technology in the field of comfort and driver assistance systems (autonomous driving) and is one of the drivers of innovation in the automotive sector.
After successfully completing his master's degree and being hired by Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH, Mr. Lunin began working as a sales analyst. In this role, Mr. Lunin currently focuses on annual budget planning, 5-year budget planning (MTP), order intake forecasting and the analysis of various sales figures.
