Our corporate partnerships range from consulting on operational HR and management issues to the initiation and implementation of corporate and government funding projects. We maintain close contact with the management and HR departments of a large number of companies, particularly SMEs. The aim is to:

• Carry out practical projects and research projects with partner companies
• Support, stimulate, and implement HR innovations (such as management tools, digitalization, sustainable HRM) and change processes
• Maintain, establish, and intensify an active dialogue with executives and HR managers from our network and our graduates (alumni) in the region – including in the context of expert lectures, bachelor’s and master’s degree topics, joint publications, and much more
