Options in the Bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness Law

If you would like a broad foundation, you can choose your favorites from all the options offered at the School of Business.

 

Program structure of the degree program Busi­ness Law LL.B.

Accounting is divided into internal (company management) and external accounting (investors, creditors, the state, employees, the public) by recipients.

The modules in this area build on one another: The first semester focuses on teaching basic knowledge such as bookkeeping with the Principles of Accounting course. In the second semester, you will learn about internal accounting in the Module Management Accounting and how to calculate an operating profit or loss.

In the course Investment & Finance (2nd semester), you will receive a systematic, usage-oriented overview of the most important methods and instruments of corporate finance. You will know and understand the relationships between investment and financing, as well as their planning.

With the knowledge from the module Annual Financial Statements (3rd semester), you will be able to recognize, solve, and assess the main approach and valuation problems in the commercial balance sheet.

As you progress through your studies, you will have the opportunity to specialize in this area by taking the following options:

Corporate management, strategic and international management, business planning and general business administration – these are the topics you will deal with in the field of management.

During your studies, you will take the modules Fundamentals of Business Administration (1st semester), Strategic Management (4th semester), and Business Planning (6th semester).
